Education:
After finishing high school and college, Van Wei entered one of the most prestigious universities in China - the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He chose logistics management as his major and proved himself to be one of the best students in his class, receiving numerous awards and honors.
In university, Van Wei gained solid knowledge in logistics and management. His education helped him master the basic principles of logistics, such as supply chain management, transportation, and warehousing. In addition, he studied methods for effectively managing logistics operations.
After completing his bachelor's degree, Van Wei continued his education at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he obtained a master's degree in business administration. This program allowed him to understand business strategy and management, and develop the necessary skills that would come in handy for managing a successful enterprise in the future.

Career:
Wang began his career in the textile industry, working for print and dyeing factories located in Shunde District, Foshan. Situated in the Guangdong province, the area was a hub for both manufacturing and commerce, with easy access to Hong Kong by river.
During the early 1990s, Wang recognized that local factories were facing difficulties in delivering their samples to buyers based in Hong Kong, due to long shipping times. To address this issue, he established ShunFeng Express, a small courier service comprising just six employees.
As of 2017, SF Express has expanded into a multinational courier service with a staggering workforce of over 400,000 employees.
According to Forbes, as of July 2021 Wang Wei boasts a net worth of $26.7 billion.
